I, (print name), declare that I am authorized to accept and sign this license agreement on behalf of my organization, and that I and my organization are bound by the terms of this license.
I acknowledge that I have been granted only limited permission to document and record events at the International Conference on Men’s Issues, presented by AVfM Education, LLC.
I understand that the Conference will be held in Gold Coast on the following dates: Press Conference Friday 9 June 2017, Conference Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June 2017.
I understand that a list of hotels near the venue will be issued to Press License holders and the address of the venue will be announced a week before the event.
I agree to be subscribed to an announcement-only mailing list for members of the press.
I understand and agree that AVfM Education, LLC and its authorized agents issue this license at their sole discretion and reserve the right to revoke it without reason at any time.
I agree not to record audio of, photograph or film individual attendees, the audience or the crowd anywhere within the conference facility or its private grounds without prior express written permission of all subjects to be recorded or photographed.
I understand and agree that access to the conference hall is at the discretion of AVfM staff and that, if admitted, no unauthorized audio or video equipment or use thereof will be permitted.
I understand and agree to the same conditions and standards of conduct required of all attendees of the Conference and to follow all directives of AVfM security staff and law enforcement.
I understand and agree that any violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of this license and ejection from the conference facility and its grounds.
